VIVA IS NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY, but an ASSOCIATION endowed with legal personality, that is, a private non-profit entity, with legal basis in the Federal Constitution in its article 5, inc. XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX and XXI, as well as in the Civil Code, in its article 53 and following, and its objective is to defend and promote the interests of its members, providing members with a list of benefits and protection in situations indicated in its regulation, through mutual assistance or through contracted providers, with all its activities based on the principle of associativism.
